Heavy Duty joints are fabricated to be simple in design, but robust and long lasting. Joints require low maintenance. Joints are manufactured from aluminium and stainless steel (only cover plates). All of them are grooved to be a slip resistant. These joints are designed to be installed in shopping centers, parking areas and other areas where high service vehicles traffic is maintained. Few models of Miska's Heavy Duty joints are unique on the market, because of the specially designed features.

	ACS5 Series - Stainless Steel ACS5 Series is heavy duty 3 piece cobver solution to keep a cover plate centralised over the gap. Covers gap sizes 5-52mm, 17-77mm.
	ACHD - Aluminium Miska heavy duty coverplate joints are specially designed for a high level of pedestrian traffic, for heavy vehicles and for use in carparks and loading areas. The primary advantage of this type of joint, is that it will accommodate a high degree of horizontal, transverse and vertical joint movement while maintaining a gap-free, smooth transition from one floor slab to another. The joint is installed level with the surrounding floor finish and designed for maximum in-service operation with high wear resistance, high corrosion resistance and minimal maintenance. Covers gap sizes 12-102mm, 34-125mm.
	ACHD GriPlate™ The innovative Miska ACHD Expansion Joint with Griplate™ helps create a safer Environment. Patented design for a high level of pedestrian traffic, heavy vehicles and for use in car parks and loading areas. Standard color infill is black, however infill is available in 10 popular colors including Safety Yellow and Luminescent. Easily accommodates horizontal, transverse as well as vertical joint movements whilst maintaining a smooth, transition from one floor slab to another. Cover gap size 12-102mm.
	ACHDS Series - Stainless Steel ACHDS is a three piece cover solution designed to keep the cover plate centralised over expansion joint. Only cover plate is made of Stainless Steel. Covers gap sizes: 9-100mm and 34-125mm.
	ACTP Series - Aluminium ACTP contains a self leveling cover plate designed to create a surface level with the floor. Covers gap size: 37-95mm.
	ACEHD-CI Series - Aluminium ACEHD-CI is a heavy duty expansion joint system designed to resist damage from lateral impacts. The patent pending Interlock cover plate is designed to lock down the coverplate when subjected to vertical or lateral loads. Covers gap size: 18-90mm.
